This is my third time to utilize the services at "Collision San Antonio". As before... I was completely satisfied with the repairs performed on my SUV at "Collision San Antonio". The owner (Manuel) is truly a gentleman - definitely honest and trustworthy. This time around - his repair costs were "free of charge" - due to the minimal time (less than 10 minutes) spent on the service repair. Truly recommend utilizing the repair services at "Collision San Antonio". Can honestly say that - if I am ever in need of any future body shop repairs - I will not hesitate to bring my vehicles to Manuel at "Collision San Antonio". I don't usually write reviews, but this business deserves it. Without a doubt, this was the best experience I have ever had at an auto body shop. Mr. Chacon provided a reasonable quote within 10-15 minutes of our arrival, and he answered the phone immediately when we called the next day. The work his team did on our Hyundai Sonata is absolutely perfect, and was completed in just 3 days. It exceeds anything that I’ve ever had done at dealer shops (and at a fraction of the price). His demeanor was friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend Collision San Antonio to anybody that is looking for a fair deal. Really nice and honest guy as well. This actually reminds me of the kind of customer service that was so prevalent when I was growing up. ~ cms

Went to this body shop to repair my Lexus for a front bumper hit when it was parked. Brought it in just for front bumper repairs and the process to get started was pretty straight-forward. The actual repair itself was high quality and professionally installed. The color for the front bumper matched very well with the car body. Took a bit longer due to estimate changes pending from my insurance, but no fault to Collision San Antonio. Only 1 critique that I have is the communication could be much more open and available. I wouldn't want to have to continuously call the individual on the phones to get an update on the car.. So a sense of pro-activeness in communication can go a long way in giving comfort to those waiting on their vehicles. ~ J.O

I would highly recommend Collision San Antonio for your auto body shop work. Manuel is professional and very responsive. We had 3 vehicles damaged by the recent hailstorm and he was able to coordinate it so that we weren't out of transportation and completed the work in a very timely manner. He worked with the insurance company on the supplement estimates and payments. His team did good-quality work at very reasonable prices. It's hard to find another company that provides all of the features of good quality work, reasonable pricing, timely turnaround times and excellent customer service. Sometimes you make a bonehead mistake like scratching and denting the side of your car in the most awkward spot ever. Then, you get estimates and they are sky-high. I did my research and found Manuel and his team to be one of the highest rate shops around with RECENT reviews. His estimate was by far the most reasonable. My total bill was higher than anticipated but I came by a few times to removed things from my car and got to witness the process. To say his team is skilled is an understatement. My car looks better than when I purchased it and they even took off some scratches a car was my make. Thank you brother! Still paid a fraction of what I was quoted at another shop, it was done before any other shop could take my car, and the quality of work is better than 5 star. Give them a shot! ~ Austin

It's not often that you find a service business in today's environment that has a commitment to excellence. I've taken my wife's Suburban for paint and body work to Collision San Antonio, my Suburban for having the headlights and tail lights blacked out and my Hummer to have the undercarriage painted & coated. I have been thrilled with their work! The owner and staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. The owner even came out to my office to give me an estimate when I did not have time to get to his shop. I've recommended them to friends, and they have also been very satisfied. I like that they have a high-end, enclosed paint booth and a state-of-the-art paint matching system. Not all paint and body shops in San Antonio are created equally. For my money and my vehicle "investments", I recommend Collision San Antonio. ~ Sharkmatic A

I got referred here from a friend, upon arrive Manuel greeted me and examined my vehicle. He made me feel like I left my car in good hands. He provided me a ride to the rental car place of my choice. Every step of the way he kept me informed. He contacted my insurance company for me. He made sure I received my complete car look even when my insurance company was not trying to pay for my pin stripe and other repairs. Manuel and his team got my car back to looking showroom ready. I chose Mr. Chacon’s shop based on his reviews and I will say the service, communication and quality of work equally matches. The insurance company I have is normally difficult to deal with but thankfully I was able to get my car taken care of and I had faith it was in good hands with Mr. Chacon. He gives good deals within reasonable limits and he will let you know what your car needs and makes sure he answers all your questions. I would recommend this shop to anybody I know. The owner is awesome. I brought my wrecked pick up to this business after being quoted nearly $10,000 by a competitor. Another competitor said it wasn't reparable. Collision San Antonio did an excellent job for less than one half the price. He had to completely exchange the truck bed, but the work was impeccable. Looks like new. The owner seems to be somewhat blunt because of his Russian accent, but actually, he is is personable and very honest. He took great measures to explain everything he planned to do also. San Antonio collision recently repaired my truck after an accident. Eli was fantastic the entire repair process. He gave me regular progress updates and fought with my insurance company to make sure I received nothing but original oem parts. The team over there did a phenomenal job repairing my truck and it came out better than it was before the accident. I am very particular when it comes to my vehicles and the team at San Antonio collision exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them in the future. Manuel Is a super friendly, super professional, and very knowledgeable guy about any of your collision repair needs. Any concerns or thoughts you express to him, he will thoroughly explain to you and make you feel very confident in the shop. He also speaks to you on a personal normal person level. He's not some kind of salesman. He's just a normal person, like you and me. The repair team should not be left out as well. They made my new bmw z4 look fantastic, and took a crushed in damaged rear bumper and made it look better than the rest of the car even. Beyond brand new looking. He went above and beyond my expectations by providing impeccable customer service - from the very beginning he drove me to enterprise to pick up my rental while my vehicle was in the shop, and even drove me back when it was time to pick up my vehicle. Manuel and his crew were top notch! Had extensive hail damage on my car, even more than what my insurance found the first time around. They were able to get the insurance back out quickly to reassess the damage, even finding prior damage that I didn't know was there when I bought the car. Afterwards everything was fixed in a timely and transparent manner. Manuel was easy to get a hold of when I needed him, and he was quick to contact me when he needed me. Very professional and got my car back ahead of what my insurance told me. All around a good experience and will be back if I have further car troubles. Let hope not! ~ Matthew B

This place isn't in need of yet another 5-star review, but here's one anyway. The passenger-side front fender on my '07 Highlander came loose a few weeks ago and I brought it to a friend's body shop. They re-attached it, but it came loose again a few days later. This time, I chose the highest-rated nearby body shop on Google, and it was this one. Their body man re-attached the fender in minutes while I waited - using the correct hardware this time. And, the owner, Manuel Chacon, wouldn't accept a dime. No wonder they get kudos from their customers! Guess where I'll go next time I need body work. ~ Phil L

My car was damaged by hail back in April 2016 in San Antonio. I happend to run across Collision San Antonio on Facebook and most of the reviews are good. I then searched them here on Google maps and again most were good. I have no regrets. My car looks like new again. I have a 2014 Honda Civic Si in a unique rare color called "Orange Fire Pearl" They were even able to find a matching paint for it. I could not tell the difference unless you look super close. Hopefully my car doesn't get damaged again but I will definitely go back if it does. They saved me a few extra months waiting for another busy collision center I was gonna go to. ~ TJ B

We very recently took our car into Collision San Antonio to repair a dent/scratched in the top right side of the front of the car. We had obtained several bids from collision repair shops, and we selected Collision SA as the lowest bid. They were able to take our car promptly, repaired it as requested, and returned it to us in the promised time frame (which was also the least amount of time estimated from the bids we received). Not only that, they cleaned the car, and it was cleaner than when we took it in! It looks as good as new. We would highly recommend Collision San Antonio ~ Bill B

Manuel and his team were great. The shop is small and I wasn’t sure what to expect; I chose it based on reviews. I received personal service and was able to speak with Manuel himself each time I called, which was great. My car was done quickly and looks great. Manuel even fought with my insurance for me because my adjuster quoted a lower amount than what was actually needed, and let me take my car before he had the claim settled because I was going on vacation. Hopefully I don’t need to go back ever again, but I will be recommending this place to friends. ~ Lindsay P

Excellent service and very costly effective…we drove from Nebraska to Texas, and our vehicle front bender was displaced. We considered going to the the local Texas’ dealer and have it fixed. However considering the unpredictable (high) cost for simple fix, we found this establishment. We were very fortunate since they did not charged us AND provided excellent service and advice. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who has vehicle problem(s) to initially go here first rather than dealership to get an opinion…you may save and avoid unexpected expenses. ~ Nhat N

My Hyundai was stolen, wrecked, and abandoned — and insurance wouldn’t cover the repairs. Collision San Antonio brought it back to life. It’s running great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. Manuel was patient and helpful every step of the way. I probably drove him a little crazy with all my texts and requests, but he always stayed kind and professional. I’ll definitely be taking my Ford there next for its (much more extensive) repairs. I stopped in on a Friday and was able to acquire a quote with absolutely no issues and I do not have an appointment. Mr. Chacon was very friendly and professional. The parts were ordered for the for the repair on the truck which was a simple bumper replacement. They called me when the parts were in, I took in my truck and it was out the same day. I'm so satisfied with the work that I am going to bring in my wife's truck which has some small minor dings to see about getting paintless dent removal. I highly recommend this shop!! ~ Erik S
